APP60 matched with our RFCBB 25 micron Carbon filter.

This will eliminate all chlorine from the water at the water mains inlet into your house.

This means your shower and all taps will be chlorine free.

Solution No. 2
This polyglass tank would be installed on your water mains coming into the house.

The media inside would filter all chlorine from the water and the benefit of this system is that you can cycle a wash system on the media. Washing the media will prolong the life of it so you wont have to change the media for 2-3yrs (very economical). To wash the media just reverse the flow and the water cleans the carbon - the dirt and sediment is washed onto your garden.

This will filter sediment right down to 1 micron for the whole house. It will protect appliances and also filter giardia from the water (water cysts). This is necessary if you are considering Ultra Violet disinfection (below) as all particles in the water must be filtered to provide maximum light penetration.

For those with tank rain water supply this is the minimum filtration you should consider for clean drinking water.
